The motivation behind each of the collections is a genuine dedication to creating unique glassware in form, colour and texture. Each Henry Dean object is made from mouth-blown glass. Using a wooden mould is a very primitive technique for making glass objects and must be carried out by the skilled hands of true craftsmen. Each time this mould is used, it burns out a little. This gives each product its handmade and unique character.
