If you wish to cancel the order please feel free to contact us by phone. If the package has not yet left our warehouse, we can still cancel it and the order will be refunded

Yes, you can! You can check the current status of your order at any time on our website under "My account" - "My orders", or use the link at the top of the e-mail you received. In addition, you can track your order using the track & trace code we have sent you via e-mail. You can track the package and see when you can expect it.

Your invoice is included in the email titled: "Order completed!". If you no longer have this shipping confirmation, please send an e-mail to webshop@oogenlust.com containing the order number so that we can look up the order in our system. We will send the invoice by e-mail as soon as possible. An invoice cannot be adjusted afterwards.
