Large vase made from mouth-blown glass. Every Henry Dean object is made of mouth-blown glass.
Colour
Applying colour is one of Henry Dean's greatest fascinations. For example, it is possible to apply a double layer of colour or pulverise colour on a clear glass mass. The small imperfections and bulges you may encounter in a glass or vase are the result of the craft and are part of the character of each object.
Technology
Using a wooden mould is a very primitive technique to make glass objects and must be carried out by the skilled hands of real craftsmen. Each time, the mould burns out a little, giving each object its unique and handmade character.
